Tali Randolph, Attorney

Crystal "Tali" Randolph is a partner with Alexander Randolph. P.C. Ms. Randolph's practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. Ms. Randolph guides business owners through the process of determining the best entity structures, the formation of limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, limited partnerships (LPs) and other partnerships, structuring partnership and joint venture agreements, filing trademarks, drafting and negotiating non-compete/non-disclosure agreements, and drafting licensing arrangements.

Ms. Randolph also has experience in routine and complex real estate transactions including representing real estate developers in condominium conversions, commercial lease negotiation and drafting, investor financing and joint venture agreements, Loan document negotiation and drafting, for sale by owner transactions, transfers of real estate, representing homeowner’s associations, and clearing title to real estate.

In additional to her real estate and business experience, Ms. Randolph also has experience representing clients with estate planning needs, such as wills, trusts, guardianships and powers of attorney. Ms. Randolph’s experience in the protection of personal assets allows her to better serve her business clients in developing a comprehensive plan of business and personal asset protection.

Ms. Randolph has represented a wide variety of businesses, including real estate developers and investors, CPAs, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, general contractors, architects, builders, mortgage companies, entertainment clients, artists, retail stores, homeowner’s associations, restaurants and bars, spas, catering companies, manufacturing companies, high tech companies, non-profits, and online businesses.

Ms. Randolph received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin. Ms. Randolph attended the University of Vermont for her undergraduate degree in History and Political Science.

Ms. Randolph's professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, and Austin Young Lawyers Association.

Ms. Randolph has volunteered her legal services with Volunteer Legal Services of Austin.
